ZAMKO offers their customers a professional plastic repair of their damaged plastic pallet boxes.

PLASTIC PALLET BOX TOTALL LOSS?
Plastic pallet boxes, such as Schoeller Allibert’s Magnum Classic and Magnum Optimum, Eurobin and Orbis pallet boxes often need to be removed from the logistics process because of cracks or broken parts. This is also the case with sleeve boxes like all models from KTP.
Until recently, broken pallet boxes were destroyed because of the dangers of further use.

REUSABLE AFTER PLASTIC REPAIR
During the professional repair process, the defective pallet boxes are professionally welded with plastic welding wire, after which the welds are smoothly polished.

After repairing cracks and broken parts, the pallet boxes are generally even more stable than before.

During the careful selection process, pallet boxes with serious damage in the load-bearing parts have been rejected. On average, 80-90% of the defective pallet boxes can be repaired.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
To permanently achieve a success rate of 80-90%, the plastic  repair process has been optimized over the years. For example, the welding wire is manufactured specifically for each  pallet box manufacturer and is individually adapted to the material to be repaired.

CHEAP SUPPLEMENTING OF DEFECTS
For the 10-20% failure rate, the customer at ZAMKO has in most cases the choice to supplement the pool with used pallet boxes of the same model. These are all selected and in excellent condition.

The plastic pallet boxes used are usually one of the following models:

– Magnum Classic
– Magnum Optimum
– Eurobin
– Orbis
– KTP

On request other models often can also be supplied second hand. Please let us know your requirements and we will see if we can meet them.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time of used pallet boxes depends on the quantity needed and the model. Please inform with us.

Transport of the used pallet boxes to the customers location is taken care of by ZAMKO.

We offer the plastic repair at various locations in the Netherlands, Germany and United Kingdom. In this way you can save transprot costs.
Sometimes repairs can even be carried out on your location with our mobiel unit.
