High-quality reusable Sleeve Pack pallet box. Standard height is 800mm, but you can choose eacht height up to 1800mm.

This sleevepack follows the iPlast system, and is fully interstackable with teh original iPlast Polybox. It is simple and robust: a strong plastic pallet, with skids, a rigid sleeve, and a secure lid working together as one modular load carrier. Designed for repeated circulation, the iPlast 1200×800 protects goods during transport and storage while remaining lightweight, hygienic, and easy to handle. When empty, the sleeve pack concept allows rapid folding and space-saving return logistics, reducing transport volume and operational costs.

CONSTRUCTION
WALLS: 10 mm thick, impact-resistant polypropylene (PP) laminated sheet material with cellular structure. Weight standard 3.000/m2. All between 2.500 – 4.500 gr./m2 is possible, fitting to different load capacities.
CONSTRUCTION: the sleeve walls are inserted deep into the pallet edges, after which the products can be loaded. The lid is placed on the walls to close the pallet container and make it stackable.
