ZAMKO’s collapsible IBC boxes are a durable, versatile, and safe and cost-effective solution for handling bulk materials like fluids and rubber. This version is completely collapsible, therefore saving a lot of space when empty, without loosing its strength and load capacity. AVAILABLE DIMENSIONS

The collapsible steel IBC boxes are mostly only looked for in the standard dimension 1130*1450*H1125mm. On special request we can make them to your specifications, in order to fit the dimensions of your current pool.

CONSTRUCTION

The foldable IBC boxes are constructed from high-strength steel, mostly powder coated for corrosion resistance. On request, galvanisation is also possible.

The frame
It is made from steel sheet, with steel bars on the outside of the box giving the box its structural strength. All is welded together to provide structural integrity. This construction ensures this IBC can withstand heavy loads.
The walls
are made from sheet steel with steel tubes on the outsides to form a rigid structure. The walls are firmly attached to the base with heavy duty hinges. There is one model available with walls wich are separate from the pallet.
Base
The base is from steel tubes welded together with sheet steel on the top side.
Stackable Design
When stacking, the top box sinks into the lower box two centimeters, ensuring safe stacking.
Side opening
Optional a side opening is available. Making it easier to empty the box when taking out the fluids.
