The collapsible gitter boxes are mostly only looked for in the standard dimension 835x1240mm. On special request we can tailor make a box to your specifications
CONSTRUCTION
The foldable gitter boxes are constructed from high-strength steel, mostly powder coated for corrosion resistance. On request, galvanisation is also possible.
The frame
is made from thicker steel bars in the corners, welded together to provide structural integrity. This ensures the cage can withstand heavy loads and rough handling.
The walls
are made from a grid of thinner steel wires welded together to form a mesh, making the gitter box transparent and ligher in weight. The walls are firmly attached to the base with heavy duty hinges.
Base
Mostly the base is from solid steel, in order to give the cage its high load capacity.
Stackable Design
When stacking, the top box is firmly put into an upstanding edge on the short sides of the lower box.
Drop Door
This folding window ensures easy loading and unloading the gitter box. It is positioned on one long side.
